One of Omnilab’s cornerstones is the quality of its products and services.
In order to compete at the global level, one must achieve positive financial results by maintaining quality orientation and implementing a specifically quality-dedicated corporate policy, which includes quality planning, monitoring and improvement in every single process in line with the corporate objectives and mission. To this end, Omnilab has set quality recognition and customer satisfaction as priorities and for this reason the Company has developed its own Quality System, based on these values. Quality represents a cultural system for Omnilab, aiming at customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of in-house processes and the services provided. Quality at Omnilab is an integral part of the organization, guiding both management-oriented as well as strategic decisions.


Det Norske Veritas (DNV) awarded OMNILAB with its certification ISO 9001:2008 (CERT-16765-2005-AQ-MIL-SINCERT) which consists of stringent specifications that outline practices to ensure “design, development, installation, maintenance and customer service of software products for healthcare”.
