| OMNILAB’s mission
is to provide solutions, including customized hardware and software
applications specifically developed by Omnilab’s highly
skilled technicians, who provide added value and the optimal
strategies to meet any customer requirement. Thanks to its extensive
experience in the sector of clinical laboratories and transfusion
centers, Omnilab has learned to value collaboration as a key
factor in the successful development of any system that processes
the information generated by diagnostic equipment. This is why
our team of product experts, who are also responsible for customer
assistance, works closely with our customers in order to understand
each single requirement. In addition, Omnilab also handles user
training directly at the customer’s premises, so that
every single aspect of the application is cleared up before
the system becomes operative. When installation is complete,
state-of-the-art maintenance and assistance are continuously
available. |
